Welcome
The law offices of Bryan Gianesin, located in Laguna Beach, California, concentrates on representing business owners in Orange County, California. Our firm is “business minded” and provides a wide-range of experienced and sound business legal advice for your new or ongoing business at reasonable rates.
With nearly 25 years of professional experience in Orange County, Bryan Gianesin has represented a wide-range of businesses, including entrepreneurial “start-ups,” high tech Internet businesses, international service providers, international development companies, and more traditional supply, equipment, and apparel manufacturers, both private and public. The firm also advises professional practices.
Our practice philosophy is one of providing personal, professional and dependable business legal advice at extremely competitive rates- many times 15 to 20% lower than comparable firms. We can provide these rates because, like you, we are high–tech and pay careful attention to our overhead and expenses. We offer low hourly rates, fixed fees, and an optional General Counsel Plan, which for a reasonable monthly retainer, allows your business or professional practice to have its own general counsel at discounted hourly rates.
In addition, we do not practice in any other area. We do not practice personal injury, estate planning, or criminal law. Our practice focuses solely on representing businesses and professionals and their business transactions. We advise both “brick and mortar” businesses and Internet operations in the traditional corporate counsel model. Although we have experience in business litigation matters and provide litigation management services, we do not provide litigation representation.
After nearly 25 years representing and observing businesses and business lawyers, we sincerely believe that you are best served in your business legal matters with someone who has a wide range of experience in a narrow area of practice. Our focus is “business operations, transactions, mergers and acquisitions and Internet” law.
